Eli McBride, RYT 200
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Eli can usually be found on a trail among the trees. As a photographer and musician, she finds that her creative side blends well with the artistry of yoga.
A battle with chronic back pain led her to yoga as a way to take responsibility for her own health. Yoga helped her build strength, regain health and confidence, and also allowed her to find freedom from toxic patterns. Under the guidance of Dini Maharani, Eli earned her teaching certificate in 2018, taking that knowledge to assist in teaching other new teachers in Indonesia shortly after. Eli aspires to balance shtira and sukha, strength and softness, in every class, encouraging students to look deeper into themselves and step fully into their freedom.
