This class is recommended for anyone who are new to yoga or seasoned practitioner. Gentle yoga is a class where each pose are held longer for practitioner to experience sensations in the body and worked on bringing the awareness of breath when holding. Class usually starts with a short mindful meditation and breath practice for practitioner to apply during the practice. Then followed with occasional myofascial release, passive hold stretches, dynamic warmups, some standing and balancing poses to awaken the proprioceptions. Class ends with passive and restorative poses to balance the body.
