Join us for an outdoor adventure with Hiking, Yoga and Picnic. We start with a moderate hiking from Bowman Bay to Goose Rock for 4 miles. Then we continue with Yoga session to release tensions and bring balance to the body guided by our senior Yoga Teacher, Eli McBride. Event ends with a complimentary picnic to noursih the body. We limit to only 6 participants, booking is recommended.
